The worst agent have dealt with in my years of renting. They appear to be one of the market leaders in the area, look very slick, present their properties well online but that's where the positives end. Was supposed to be moving into a property managed by Parkheath when we learned their own contractor's inventory had flagged up evidence of damp throughout, which Parkheath hadn't mentioned to us, and didn't respond to our urgent calls about on the day we were due to move in. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
